Nationwide delivery, on time.

EcoWalker ships primarily through JD, Tmall and other leading Chinese e-commerce flagship stores, covering the entire country. Direct website orders and bulk orders ship from Taiyi Stationery directly.

Delivery Times

Flagship store orders: JD/Tmall ships within 24 hours, standard delivery 1-3 business days to most provinces. Direct website orders: ship within 1 business day, standard delivery 2-5 business days.

Tracking

Tracking number sent via SMS and email immediately upon shipment. JD/Tmall orders trackable on their respective platforms. Direct website orders trackable via courier websites or WeChat mini-programs.

Coverage

Covers all 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities of mainland China. Remote areas (Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai) may take 1-2 additional business days. Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas not currently available — for large international orders please contact bulk@ecowalker.net.

Shipping Cost

Standard direct orders: free shipping above ¥199, ¥12 base shipping fee below ¥199. Heavy items (goals, large equipment) calculated per logistics rate, displayed at checkout.

Large / Bulk Orders

Orders of 10+ goals or 50+ markers may ship via dedicated freight, with delivery scheduled by phone. For quotes and scheduling please contact bulk@ecowalker.net.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email support@ecowalker.net within 48 hours. We cover replacement costs for damaged items. For lost packages, provide the tracking number and we will initiate a carrier investigation.
